Congrats on beating Barcelona.

(Although I should probably have rooted for them since they do have an Icelander and all, but pfft. lol. And my dad I think was all for Man U so. lol.)

Was thinking of you on the edge of the seat while I watched the second half! Was a good game for the neutral to watch :-) Great to have an all England final too.

Well every so often I flicked over for about 30 seconds to calm myself. Thought it was a very professional performance. Barcelona were held at arms length and although Messi's dribbling was very impressive it actually only really led to one chance. Overall I thought we actually had much better and clearer chances than them. Still the last minutes were very worrying as it was too much like Porto and Monaco.

Can't miss the irony that at the end of the UK premier league two English clubs will be battling it out in Moscow, maybe that 39th game wasn't so far fetched after all :-)

It's going to be Chelsea vs Man U in the final surely? Even Gerrard is sounding like it's a forgone conclusion and if he can't lift himself Liverpool are truly scuppered, what with that and their lousy record at Stamford Bridge... Be nice to watch it, but I don't get Sky. Any idea if ITV will be showing the final?

I am hoping for Chelsea. Like many fans on both sides of the divide the thought of beating Liverpool is great. But the horror of losing in the final is too great to contemplate.

Generally the final is on both sky and ITV so you should be able to watch. I expect a tense affair not filled with great football though.
